Easter is one of the most celebrated spring holidays, so whether you’re gathering for a large brunch or an intimate family meal, the recipes below are sure to be a hit for every bunny!

I’ve lightened up, or rather veggied-up, versions of some of the classic Easter dishes. Spring is a fun time to introduce farm-fresh vegetables as well as colorful fruit and editable flowers. And what’s a party without a beautiful dessert?
